Know Your Customers or Fuck Your Business... (Ask These 7 Questions)

Hey this is Zeus from heaven. Hail my power I am going to come up with a most made mistake in the business world.
Hmmm... Quite interesting right?
So why don't we move on... Ha ha ha.
Okay, let me get into the topic in this way... (My sound reverberates. Thunders strike. The power of Zeus you all know. JK Just kidding. Its raining here)
Most of the businessmen start their business, take all the hopes into their heart, create a gallant smile, push the chest forward, and they make that personality from the inside (which is great to do) aaaaaaand..... Start PROMOTING the business.
For whom they are promoting? For ANYONE who is willing to buy their product.
Two to three weeks pass on. They get depressed. NOTHING works. No customers. They can't even cover the cost of advertisements. Then what to they do?
Take a loan or close their empire. Then what happens to their dreams? Smile drawn in the face?
All gone.
What mistake they made? Can you guess?
There is one mistake that the certain scenario missing. It is the most important part of a start up. If someone don't do that, they are going to lose. Most of the people don't do this because,
1. Some thin it is not so important.
2. It takes much more effort and time
So what is this thing which helps you to stand out?
Knowing your customer.
That's the first thing anyone should do before start selling. WHY?
To whom you gonna sell? Customers right?
So isn't it logical to know the nature, the desires of the customers before reaching out to them?
Don't you study the nature of the girl you need before reaching out to her and asking out? (I mean if you are serious). Surely you do. If not start it from today.
The next question comes into the mind is, how can I know my dream customer?
That's what I am going to reveal. It's not that much hard though it takes time and effort. The whole process is hanging on 9 questions that you should ask from yourself.
1) Where does my dream buyer hang out?
Is it Facebook? If so in which groups, which pages
Is it Instagram?
Is it Twitter?
Is it Reddit? If so what threads they are in
Or any type of a virtual or physical space where you think your buyer can hangs.
2) Where does he get information?
When your dream buyer gets a problem, to which information source they go? What are the sources he/she search for information?
3) What are his biggest frustrations and challenges?
SO you can cater to those frustrations and use testimonials to hit on them. (Gain credibility)
4) What are his hopes, dreams and desires?
What is your buyer dreaming of?
Which emotion can use to ignite his desires?
At which hope he become the most sensitive?
5) What are their biggest fears?

The attention grabbed by answering for fears can make sales more than the attention grabbed by catering the desires. Because most people are afraid of losing. Almost everyone. So when you hit the fear and make their solution, you gonna win.
Just imagine when someone is about to lose his job. He is in a fear of continuing the life. He is seeing nightmares of the life without money, being poor.
What will happen if he sees and ad, "The $1,000,000 investor reveals his secrets to grow own portfolio with no money at the beginning"????
That person will hit the "Buy Now" button.
Why?..... because he is fear of losing.
6) What is his preferred form of communication?

Just imagine, you sell a food which is suitable for old people and you advertise it on Tinder or TikTok?
Would they see it? NEVER. Because you buyers don't use those platforms.
What if you use the news paper or television? YES they see for sure.
What does this mean? You should be aware of your communication channels and mode of communication when it comes to advertising and marketing.
If your buyer sees your product only he is gonna buy.
7) What phrases, exact language and vernacular do they use?
What will happen if you posted an English ad in India? Most of them not gonna understand. Because most of the population do not speak or read English. Even in Korea it is the same.
But the same ad in UK would do a great job. That's true. Because UK citizen can feel what the ad says. That's their language. They can fully understand, comprehend and evaluate it.
No one is gonna buy something without understanding anything about it. (Unless he is a moron)
Identifying and using their language locality and familiarity to the ad you are promoting. That create a higher credibility in them which ends up them in buying. (In most of the time)
I hope that you all got my point. Before you start to spend even a penny on marketing, do research, dig deep and find answers for these questions. So you can create a higher space for doing right.
